Pure Reformer Class

Pure

Level: Open (min 3 Align classes or equivalent recommended)
Focus: Full-body strength, mobility, balance

Our signature class, Pure, delivers a seamless full-body workout rooted in classical Reformer Pilates. With an intelligent flow that blends strength, mobility, and balance, this class offers a consistent and rewarding challenge for both body and mind. Power

Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Focus: Strength, toning, control.

Power is a controlled, strength focused Reformer class using heavier springs, dumbbells and props to build full-body strength and endurance. With slower, deliberate movements and a strong emphasis on muscular activation, this class is ideal for those wanting to tone, sculpt, and challenge themselves — all while staying grounded in precision and control.

Active

Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Focus: Cardio, agility, full-body burn

Fast-paced and energising, Active is our high-intensity Reformer class combining dynamic spring work with bursts of low-impact cardio using the jump board. This class boosts heart rate, endurance, and strength — perfect for those looking for a sweat without the impact of traditional HIIT. SCULPT & FLOW

This is Yoga but with powerful twist. Sculpt & Flow blends intentional, breath-led movement with light resistance training using small dumbbells to tone, strengthen, and energise your entire body.
Set to an uplifting playlist, this class brings the fun while building heat, improving mobility, and leaving you feeling strong, empowered, and totally refreshed.

HATHA

Level: Open to all levels
Focus: Alignment, breath, mindful movement

A slower, more grounding practice that focuses on posture alignment, breath awareness, and steady movement. Hatha Yoga is ideal for those who prefer a more intentional , calm pace and want to deepen their understanding of the foundations of yoga. This class supports strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, making it perfect for beginners or experienced practitioners looking for a more meditative, focused approach.

MAT PILATES & BARRE

Mat Pilates

Level: Open to all levels
Focus: Core strength, stability, mobility

Focuses on building a strong foundation through controlled, precise movements. Helps improve posture, balance, and core strength while increasing overall body awareness. You’ll use small props like bands or balls at times to enhance the challenge. This class is a great complement to Reformer work or a standalone way to build strength and mobility from the inside out.

Barre

High-rep, low-impact class that blends Pilates, ballet, and strength training into one energising workout. Using the barre, light weights, and bodyweight resistance, you’ll work deep into small stabilising muscles — especially legs, glutes, and core. Expect to shake, tone, and lengthen in a fun, motivating pace. Great for anyone looking to improve posture, endurance, and tone — no dance experience required.

Body Sculpt

Level: Open to all levels
Focus: Strength, sculpt and core stability

An innovative fusion of classical Pilates and strength-inspired movements. This class blends dynamic yet controlled sequences with deep core engagement for a full body sculpt and tone and enhanced core stability.

Mat Pilates
